Here is the job description:
*Summary: *This position will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing
a subset of company applications. The person who fills this role will get
assigned tasks via tickets, directly from his/her supervisor.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities *include the following. Other
duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
· Writing software code that will be implemented in a production
environment to resolve system issues or to expand system functionality via
minor enhancements. This person will write code in Classic ASP,
ASP.NET<http://asp.net/>
, VB.net <http://vb.net/>, C#, and T-SQL. Other software languages and
skills may be necessary as well.
· Work with 3rd party vendors and associated technical support teams
to solve tickets
· Testing software code to ensure its suitability for implementation
in a production environment.
· Talking with business users to understand business requirements.

Education and/or Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination
of education and experience. Coursework or experience in the following a

· XML
· XSL
· T-SQL – Stored procedures and one-time queries
· 3rd party product support management - preferred
Language Skills* - *Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general
business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or
governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business
correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present
information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients,
customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills* - *Practical understanding and experience in Business
Mathematics. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to
compute rate, ratio and percent. Ability to calculate figures and amounts
such as discounts, interest, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
Reasoning Ability* - *Ability to define problems, collect data, establish
facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive
variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal
with several abstract and concrete variables. Strong ability to multi-task
projects/tasks.
Computers - Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software
applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation
software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook
