The ideal candidate for this position should have a background with proven abilities to: Lead the design, development and execution of test plans, scenarios and defect resolution in the health care operations environment heavy in ETL. : Work closely with multiple stakeholders across several lines of business to understand workflow, business requirements and system design documents. : Collaborate with technical developers, to translate business requirements into functional design specifications. : Develop test methodology, test plans and test scripts for frequent deployments within multiple workstreams : Validate testing methodology and test documents against technical and functional design specifications. : Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts. Perform system integration & user acceptance testing and report test results; coordinate defect resolutions activities as required Must have a working knowledge of: : Database Management Principles : Systems Analysis and Design : Intermediate to Advanced SQL skills :Candidate must be comfortable with working independently and tracking and reporting progress to goal in both written and verbal forms. Must also be comfortable with both executive and peer level presentations (both written and verbal). Must demonstrate leadership skills in managing the activities of the QA team.
