*Location: Hyderabad, India (No Remote Option)* *Industry: US Recruitment / Staffing* *Functional Area: IT Sales, Business Development* *Role: Business Development Manager* *Job Description / Responsibilities: * - 5+ years US Staffing Experience (Note: This position is not for limited to bench sales) - Candidates with 5+ years of Experience in interacting with clients (US Staffing), and having extensive company contacts, and consistent track record of reaching targets. - Strong experience in lead generation for IT services in US market through strategies such as -cold calling/Email/Networking/market research activities. - Candidate should have Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors, Implementation Partners or Clients in USA. - Candidates having minimum 6-10 existing contacts with T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners or with Direct clients and managers are preferred. - Responsible for the development and account management of new business with in US market. - Identify new clients in US for providing staffing solutions. - Ensure to achieve the monthly targets before the deadlines. - Experience on working with any job portals DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp etc. - Should be well versed with all the Tax terms like C2C, W-2/1099 and visas. - Experience in marketing H1B/bench consultants in US Staffing. - Well versed with Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions. - Expertise in recruiting US Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders and H1B consultants. - Meet revenue and bottom line targets.
