The job details are as follows. *Title: Crystal Reports Developer* Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 6+ Months *Note:* face to face after a phone interview *Job Description:* Support the compilation, analysis, prioritization, and transition of 1100+ Crystal Report files from CA Unicenter (and its associated reporting environment) to ServiceNow (and its associated reporting environment) and provide additional resources for management of current report creation and updates as necessary. Duties: · Create and maintain an inventory of current Crystal Report files · Provide an analysis for each report to allow for prioritization and transition · Assist in reviewing reports with owners to determine business requirements and prioritization · Assist in communicating local requirements to global reporting teams to ensure reporting business requirements are achieved · Assist in creating report creation requests to be submitted to global reporting teams · Assist in translating (re-building) reports in ServiceNow (and its associated report environment) · Assist in managing (creating, updated, scheduling) the current report environment Knowledge, Skills and Experience: · Crystal Reports creation · Business Objects reporting platform · ServiceNow (experience with report creation specifically) · Business Requirements gathering · Attention to detail and a meticulous nature Please revert for further clarifications to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* or call me at 972-483-0128 to discuss more about position.
