Duration: 11 Month(s) *Job description:* - Experienced staff or new senior consultant with general testing experience. - The individual will need to have strong client-facing capabilities, as they will be in a staff aug manual testing role for one of Disney’s non-composite applications. They will be responsible for developing new test cases with each release of Maximo (IBM’s asset management system Disney is leveraging), updating existing test cases, test execution, defect tracking, and test reporting. They will need to be very comfortable with ALM. *Skill set:* - Approx. 5 years of functional test experience; - Experience with IBM's Maximo asset management platform; experience with test automation Ability to quickly gain and exhibit a solid understanding of the project stories/high-level requirements, and the various alternative scenarios and non-functional criteria needed to test the functionality. Familiarity with Labor Systems would be helpful; Ability to write and execute functional test scripts/cases that are automation ready; - Clearly communicate, both written and verbally, current status and testing best practices; - Consensus building, and ability to facilitate conversations with business clients and developers on acceptance criteria evaluation and test execution results; Expert ALM usage; Planful test preparation, including coordinating internal environment readiness preparation, and test data creation; - Accurately complete Common Methods documentation aligning with TCOE deliverables; Self-starter who is willing to ask questions and requires minimal oversight; Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and testing application results outside of a UI; Familiarity testing web applications in a variety of web clients (ie IE10).
