Position: Siebel Admin Location: St. Louis
Duration: 6 Months Rate: $60/hr Job Description: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the IT, with at least 7 years expert level of Siebel Administration and technical leadership experience. ?Knowledge in the Siebel Sales, Service, and Marketing, Campaign Management and CTI? Extensive experience on Siebel Server administration activities align with IBM AIX OS, Siebel 8.1.1.9 and OBIEE 11g? Thorough understanding of Siebel architecture and server components? Good to have knowledge in Siebel tools, Configuration, EAI, Workflows, EIM, SQL, BI Publisher, CTI and Informatica ? Ability to demonstrate and analyze patch releases and bug fixes from Oracle.? Exposure to work on Siebel upgrade projects.? Ability to handle multiple releases and activities in a timely, organized manner ?Experience on high availability infrastructure ?Identify existing problem areas (Could be due to any cause like performance issue, product issue) and propose alternate solution/strategy/Fix to meet requirement. Skill and Experience Details: -->CRM DOMAIN(L3)-Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process Improvement areas and suggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement Capability creation within the organization both on the Domain and the Package Should be able to mentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design demonstrated advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - Hitech/ Manufacturing/Telecom Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professional development Work with Business Development to participate in the bid process both in proposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiators vis-a-vis competition CRM Technical(L3)- Siebel Architecture(L4)-Knowledge of Siebel Technology Release Roadmap, Awareness of new generation areas like Siebel Self Service, Siebel Chat, Siebel Search, overview of OBI Publisher for Siebel reports Siebel Admin Consulting(L2)-Knowledge of Virtualization. Knowledge of latest hardware platforms of the key hardware vendors; RDBMS capabilities of leading RDBMS vendors; knowledge of OS capabilities of leading OS vendors as required for Siebel. Knowledge of Siebel network security aspects and providing solutions on this. Knowledge of selecting the right Platform and back it up with appropriate information.
