Title: Mobile Applications Developer
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: $70-75/hr all inclusive
Location is any AT&T Location or work from home (but Consultant will need
to travel once to pick up their AT&T laptop)
Required:

A Mobile Applications Developer who has strong experience in developing
frameworks and experience with one or more native application development
on iOS, Android, Windows, or Blackberry is required. The Mobile
Applications Developer will work as part of a team delivering full
development lifecycle solutions on multiple projects. In addition, the
developer will facilitate code reviews with other technical staff, and
assist in reviewing code from others, perform unit and integration testing,
and re-factor code to incorporate additional libraries or other technical
frameworks. The developer will optimize code for efficiency and to
eliminate unnecessary calls and/or to increase performance. The developer
will troubleshoot and debug software to determine causes of error and
identify how to address and resolve. Research and proof of concepts will
be conducted and the individual will participate in middleware and API/web
service design necessary to support mobile app functionality.

The Mobile Applications Developer will have technical experience in:

At least 10 years of experience with application development
-
At least 5 years of experience with one or more mobile application
development platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, Blackberry)

Developing native or HTML5 mobile application frameworks or
developing a pluggable/reusable component for mobile application
development
-
Familiarity with mobile development platform internals
-
Experience with more than one mobile development platform is preferred
-
Experience with Java server side technologies and strong backend
programming
-
Solid experience of object oriented programming and design skills
-
Must have examples available via the App Store or available for
demonstration on-device
-
Strong understanding of interactive application development
paradigms, memory management, file I/O, network and socket programming,
concurrency and multi-threading
-
Experience with using version control repositories such as
CVS/Subversion and Git
-
The Mobile Applications Developer will be an effective communicator who
is confident with developing relationships and maintaining this
relationship to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
