Work Location: Seattle, WA *Required:* - Determine requirements from business interviews and document requirements according to project standards - Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and document results - Support the project team with analyzing options and documenting the SAP CRM design to fulfill system and business processes requirements - Assist in analyzing and proposing solutions for business process design issues identified during the design phase - Work closely with system and technical design teams to ensure business requirements are properly captured within Solution Design Documentation - Assists in executing project plan tasks and produces deliverables under the direction of client. This includes all phases of the project lifecycle (e.g. Planning, blueprint/localization, configuration, testing, conversion and cutover and final deployment) - Assist in conducting design workshops, meetings, brainstorming sessions, and solution presentations for small to large audiences - Telco experience/background is required - At least 1 year of Customer Relationship Management business process experience, with focus on the sales and order processing functions (i.e., contracts and pricing procedures).
