*Required*:
1. Must have five (5) or more years’ experience (current within the
last year) in business process re-engineering as an IT Business Systems
Senior Analyst.
2. Must have two (2) or more years’ experience (current within the last
year) in medical claims processing for a Medicaid, Medicare, or Health
Insurance agency.
3. Must have five (5) or more years’ experience working with business
clients and technical staff to develop business requirements for computer
application modifications.
4. Must have five (5) or more years’ experience writing detailed
Business and System Requirements Documents, Gap Analysis Documents, Test
Cases, and User Guides.
5. Must have five (5) or more years’ experience developing workflows
that demonstrate current and proposed business and system requirements.
6. Must have five (5) or more years’ experience, writing and executing
test scripts, test cases, data sets and user procedures.
7. Must be proficient in speaking and writing in the English language
is required.
8. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including
the ability to gather and provide information effectively, regardless of
audience.
9. Must be able to work well within a team environment and have
exceptional collaborative skills. Must be service oriented with strong
interpersonal skills with all levels of business and technical staff.
10. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
11. Must have strong organization, planning, problem solving, and decision
making skills.
12. Must be self-motived, able to manage multiple assignments, and meet
required deadlines.
*Preferred*:
1. MMIS claims processing experience
2. Experience with HIPAA Transactions and Code Set Rule
3. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Access, and SharePoint
4. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
