Aim to align the outcome of the projects with the overall mobile goals and objectives. Communicate the strategy to the project managers and ensure that individual project goals align with the strategy. Establish priorities within the overall program and ensure resources are line with those priorities. Identify tasks that are common to a number of projects and ensure that teams do not duplicate work. Work closely with project managers to track progress and provide updates on any changes in strategy or priorities. Report to senior management on the progress of individual projects and the overall program. Candidate to provide leadership for developing *CRM/ Mobile application* and related business cases by incorporating financials and other supporting information from business entity and IT application teams, preparing detailed plans and schedules, providing ongoing coordination and tracking of funding closure. Candidates goal will need to make sure clients (business) objectives are satisfied, and must help positioning Application strategically. Well versed IT experiences, must be a self-starter/self-motivating individual, must have strong communication skills, a great team player, should possess strong problem solving skills, and be creative.
