Title: *Sr. Data Warehouse Developer* Location: *Manhattan* Duration: *Contract 12+ months* *Competencies for Success/Requirements:* · Excellent interpersonal and written & oral communication skills · 5+ years of experience working in an MS SQL, Informatica, UNIX production data warehousing environment as a Data Warehouse developer · 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter · 5+ years of experience with MS SQL databases (10g or higher preferred) and expertise in SQL and PL/SQL programming and performance tuning on UNIX *Principal Responsibilities:* · Experience and desire to work in a heavily collaborative agile environment, taking on a variety of roles when necessary (including business/data analysis, requirements gathering, development, technical project management, unit and regression testing, and experience creatively identifying and researching data anomalies using analytical SQL functions and MS SQL database tools) · Must have experience and be comfortable engaging and working with all levels of business stakeholders · Demonstrated understanding of concepts, best practices and functions of a data warehouse in the corporate environment · Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues with overall infrastructure · Experience developing maintainable, high performing Informatica ETL processes · Experience designing, implementing and supporting high performance database architectures with large volumes with the abilities to maximize performance, data integrity and recoverability · Expertise in developing star schemas (dimensions, facts, and measures) · Experience designing and implementing Operational Data Stores and OperMarts · Strong proficiency for analyzing source data and creating staging designs and dimensional data models · Experience mentoring and training others on Informatica and tuning -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "only.SAP" group.
