Reach me at 732-964-9819 Email:- [email protected] *Technical Architect – Tableau* *San Francisco, CA* *Long Term Contract* JD : * Extensive experience in consulting, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise BI applications on Tableau and all components of Tableau. * Strong understanding of Tableau Architecture and Administration. * Strong knowledge of Tableau server architecture and building robust dash boarding solutions and complex reports/graphs/presentations applying business rules and data validations * 3+ years of experience with Tableau installations, configuration and administration. * Ability to use complex Tableau functions and developing most optimal scripts for a given solution * Experience in integrating Tableau reports, dashboards with share point. Knowledge of Implementation and adoption best practices * Must have developed enterprise applications for use in production environments * Tableau certification preferred * Develop reports, dashboards, SQL queries, or metadata layers, using Tableau. * Partner with Business stakeholders or executives with the goal of providing them with the ability to make decisions and gain insights through data visualization. Development would include requirements gathering, lots of iterations and back and forth with the Business to understand their needs, and how to best visualize their data, followed by design, deployment, and on-going enhancements. * Synthesize and translate Business data needs into creative visualizations in Tableau. * Add value by providing innovative solutions, and delivering improved upon methods of data presentation by focusing on the Business need and the Business Value of the solution. * Be able to write SQL to do initial data mining that can then be communicated or translated to peer ETL developers for database development. * Solve Business challenges by helping to translate the meaning of data, impact of data, and be able to effectively communicate the story that the deliverable tells or the problem that the deliverable solves. * Build prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, Business partners, or senior leaders. * Support peers, and stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) through troubleshooting, analysis of results, Production Support, and identification of opportunities to solve Business problems through BI. * Expert-level SQL skills against large datasets using Tableau Desktop 8.0 * Mastery of Tableau charting; reusability; leveraging variables and templates; and building/deploying section-access security models SKILLS: * Demonstrate the ability to learn and understand business processes and relationship of systems and applications used to accomplish those processes * Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key business partners by building personal credibility and trust. * Ability to partner with internal and external peer groups to design and implement solutions. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "only.SAP" group.
