*Location: Saint Paul, MN* *Duration: Months * *Interview: Phone * *Start Date: ASAP * *Responsibilities*: • Conduct in depth study of as-is process, systems used across different regions globally • Conduct quantitative & qualitative data analysis from current HR systems used – recommend customer with readiness action required for implementing Oracle Core HR Modules • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Core HR functionality. • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them. • Configure the Oracle Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups. • Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions. • Key deliverables include – As-Is process, systems evaluation, recommendations, user requirements, functional & technical design documents, training materials & user test scripts • Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts. • Support clients with the execution of test scripts. • Develop end-user documentation and training materials. • Deliver end-user training. *Qualifications* Qualifications: • Strong Expertise in implementing and support of Oracle EBS R12 or later - Core HR with expertise in North American & Global rollouts (Required) • Oracle HCM Modules - Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation Planning/Management, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting/On-boarding, Self-Service, Reporting/Analytics • A minimum of 2 – 3 full life cycle implementation of Oracle R12 HCM expertise - Requirements to Execution to Support (Required) • Strong Ability to liaise with business management at all levels and technical teams and tracking the overall implementation.
