*Required skills :*
- Requires a strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies
including ASP.NET Web forms, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Classic ASP, XML, HTML,
Flash, PHP and MySQL and JavaScript.
- Requires a working knowledge of relational Database Design in MS SQL,
good understanding of TSQL, Query Optimization techniques etc.
- Ability to understand and analyze current business processes and
suggest/develop improved processes and methods.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Ability to work independently on a given project in resolving
technical issues.
- Ability to coordinate and/or work in conjunction with the custom
application development vendors.
- Experience, knowledge, or ability in these areas a plus:
- Experience with SharePoint as an end-user, knowledge of SharePoint
sites, lists, and document libraries, workflows etc.
- Experience with IIS
- Experience with MS Server 2008
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and the SCORM standard
- Experience with jQuery.
- Experience with PHP
