*Archibus System Administration1 year contractCambridge, MA* The primary function is to be a system administrator/manager for the Archibus system that we use in our Facilities department. This would consist mostly of troubleshooting and end-user support, etc. The other function would be to oversee the A/V systems here. Making sure that the correct systems are in place, overseeing the installation in new conference rooms, etc. This is a project management type of responsibility. No hard wiring or technical skills needed, just an ability to manage vendors. We need someone who has experience in Archibus or another IWMS (such as Accruent, Manhattan, IBM Tririga, Planon, etc). Prior A/V experience is preferred, but not necessary. The manager realizes that Archibus experience is much harder to find and is willing to train the A/V PM piece. *Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*• Manage Archibus (includes upgrades, enhancements & production support) • Ensure that all AV equipment is working properly at all times • Participate in the selection of, and manage the installation of new equipment • Provide user support for key meetings and company events • Evaluate and implement new solutions (e.g. Conf Room Scheduling, Hoteling, etc) *Secondary Responsibilities* • Deliver training to end users on how to use Archibus • Monitor equipment utilization • Manage the infrastructure that supports the AV equipment (e.g. Crestron Fusion) • Deliver training to users on the use of our AV equipment *Required Experience/Qualifications:*• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years’ relevant experience • Experience with Archibus or a similar Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS); such as Manhattan Software, Planon, Accruent, or IBM.
