If you have any excellent match for this position please send me resume and contact details Please reply at [email protected] for quick response. *Data architect with Facets experience* *Location: Philadelphia* *Duration: 6mths* *Rate: Best* *Candidate Must be professional, not arrogant, get it done person with great communication.* Skill Other Skills Required -application data architecture - experience with Facets is a nice to have - ability to do logical database modeling - healthcare insurance experience PLUS: • Strong Background with Enterprise Data Architecture components including but not limited to… o Master Data Management including Reference Data (MDM) o Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) o Data and Information Governance o Data and Information Security o Metadata Management o Enterprise Modeling • Data Flow Diagram • Erwin Data Modeling and reverse engineering. • Knowledge of Business Process Management systems • Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) • Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) - OPTIONAL • HealthCare Payer experience a plus • Health Care Payer Provider experience a plus • Knowledge of Trizetto Facets Healthcare system and Sybase a plus • Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities on demand • Accommodate work schedule and works extra hours to meet crucial project deadlines as required • Effective in inter-personal and team-oriented communications: o Interacts with others (internally and externally) diplomatically Negotiates and compromises effectively to reach group consensus when necessary; o Possesses effective and active listening skills o Utilizes various communication styles as necessary to achieve project goals o Ability to receive feedback and new ideas and methods for achieving similar results in addition to their suggestions and/or ideas o Ability to work effectively with end-users, project teams, management, and external clients with minimum supervision • Minimum seven (7) years experience as an Enterprise Data Architect • Keeps abreast of industry standards and development best practices.
