Analyze and research data quality issues and drive them to resolution with external partners and customers. Interact with business and IT teams to identify long term solutions to data quality issues. Work closely with the developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans scripts serve customer needs. Support ongoing production maintenance, including production support and cross-team communication. Assist in issue/problem management activities, which could include researching issues and assisting in root cause analysis. Provide on-call and after hours support as required. Provide guidance and issue resolution on complex data production issues. Provide timely and accurate data quality reconciliation reports to customers. Provide expertise into testing plans and scripts on complex solutions. Represent organization on calls with our Partners and customers as the technical expert. Performance will be evaluated based on the ability to analyze complex data quality issues, demonstrated communications skills across business partners, completion of project tasks on time, and the identification and therefore prompt notification of issues and risks as discovered. Specific Skills and Experience Required: Must be an experienced Data Analyst. Candidate 5 years or more of extensive experience working with the front end and back end of Financial systems. Finance and back end system working knowledge of: SQL, SSIS/SSRS, HTML, SOA Services, ETL 5 years or more of experience working in the Healthcare Industry, with understanding and knowledge of the Medicare program in general and healthcare data. Excellent communication skills for communications with partners and customers. Experience working with virtual teams. Excellent writing skills. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) – understanding of CaQH Core Operating Rules Experience with CMMI level 4 is desired but not required. Expert in SQL query development (SSIS and SSRS). Broad and deep understanding of Data Management and Business processes.
