Title: Remedy Analyst Location: Bloomington, IL Duration: 6+ months Client: CSC *In case of H1b consultant Visa copy is a must.* 3+ years' experience with software development; 3+ years in BMC Remedy 7.6 or higher ARS application development experience Extensive knowledge of Remedy's ITSM modules, including Service Request Management Experience in the design, development, and implementation of Service Request Definitions Experience using BMC Process Designer Experience designing and building Advanced Interface Forms.
