*Job Description: *

·         *Complaint Handling Integration BA* - This person’s primary
responsibility is to drive the activities and deliverables associated with
design, development and implementation of integrations between Medtronic’s
Complaint Handling application (*SAP CRM*) and other IT systems

·         This includes working collaboratively with multiple business
teams to define mapping logic between their source systems and the
Complaint handling tool with an emphasis on process improvements and
translating user requirements into process flow documentation, data mapping
documentation, and integration design specifications for any associated
enhancements.

·         Work independently with end-users and business partners to assess
the business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives
and guide them to the applicable processes and solutions including
developing specifications and enhancements that will achieve the customer’s
business goals.

·         Responsible for conducting workshop sessions and stakeholder
interviews in support of project and enhancement activities.

·         Responsible for communicating process and functional requirements
to other teams (analysis, design, data, technical, training / org
readiness, testing, production support)

·         Demonstrate work experience in role(s) involving integration
technology and process improvement

·         Provide detailed functional knowledge throughout the project
lifecycle and maintain insight to current industry best practices and how
they can be applied at Medtronic to improve and streamline the data flow.
Provide ongoing support and subject matter expertise for the global design
including the quality and stability of the solution (break/fix).

·         Preferred: o Life Sciences background o Experience with system
implementations in a regulated environment o Complaint Handling experience
o Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
