* Proven ability to program in 3rd and 4th generation languages*.

Web application programming technologies such as JAVA, JSP, JavaScript,
CSS, HTML, VBScript, and .net

*MicroStrategy programming experience 1+ years*

SAS programming experience preferred.

Relational database modeling concepts and SQL.

Data visualization concepts and techniques.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Communication skills both written and verbal.

Knowledge of managed health care preferred.
