Please do let me know if you have any suitable profile.* *Position: Hadoop Administrator* *Location: San Jose, CA* *Duration: 6 to 9 months * *Rate: $45/hr on C2C MAX* JD: · *L3/4 level Hadoop admin who can work independently with excellent communication skill. * · Good knowledge of Linux (security, configuration, tuning, troubleshooting and monitoring). · Able to deploy Hadoop cluster, add and remove nodes, troubleshoot failed jobs, configure and tune the cluster, monitor critical parts of the cluster, etc. · Strong customer facing skill · Responsible for implementation and ongoing administration of Hadoop infrastructure. · Aligning with the systems engineering team to propose and deploy new hardware and software environments required for Hadoop and to expand existing environments. · Working with data delivery teams to setup new Hadoop users.
