Update:*Need Vehicle manufacturing system (VMS) experienced consultant. who worked in Automobile manufacturing.* *Location - Ohio (close to Dayton/ Columbus)* *Duration - 3-6 months (extendable)* *Start date - in one month* *Look only into the persons whose availability is min 3 weeks or longer and who is currently coming out of project in 3 weeks as the start date is around Nov 2nd week. DONOT submit candidates who are available immediately or in a weeks time.* *Client :Echelon/SAP America* *Need a senior SAP Product Costing (CO) expert.* *Must have worked in the Auto/ Heavy equipment manufacturing industry.* *Job Description* v Know and understand the company's processes, methodologies, philosophies, and strategies for product costing, as well as its products, production processes, procedures, personnel, and any relevant computer software used in the department. v Responsible for multiple areas of the annual costing project and ensuring all costs are accurate. v This entails gathering of standard cost information from Engineering and/or the plants, verification of information and cost calculations, investigating large or unexpected variances, and decisions regarding production factors and product costs. v Responsible for other costing projects and costing decisions by obtaining accurate and detailed information from other departments (Accounting, Procurement, Engineering, Plant personnel, Production Planning, etc.) through meetings, telephone contact, and written correspondence. v Document all decisions regarding product costing procedures and the product costing system. v Obtain accurate and detailed information required for a costing analysis and making a costing decision. v Accurately complete a costing analysis and make costing decisions which are logical and fully incorporate all relevant information and the company’s philosophies and strategies. v Monitor cost components (raw material, labor, etc.) on an ongoing basis and update product costs. v Set a good example for others in the department, and help create a positive working environment. v Meet all assigned deadlines. v Will be involved in training personnel on product costing and helping others. v Recognize and investigate variances in expected and actual costs within a plant / product line, as well as differences between production facilities. v On an ongoing basis, analyze the product costing methodology and identify and implement improvements in the accuracy of product costing. v Provide analytical support to others in the department by completing a wide variety of special projects as needed with little direction. v Product costing expert and driving force for completion of annual product costing project(s) which includes providing feedback. v Communicate to production personnel areas for potential cost reductions identified through the product costing process. v At least 7-8 years of Heavy equipment manufacturing Industry experience with over all experience of 15+ years. *Thanks & Regards* *Mike Michon*, Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc., Ensuring Client's Success Ph: 630-315-9541 Fax: (630) 206-2397 Email: *mike_mic...@aesinc.us.com* <mike_mic...@aesinc.us.com> Web: *www.agilees.com* <http://www.agilees.com/> Gtalk/YIM:" mikeagilees " Note: If you have received this mail in error or prefer not to receive such emails in the future, please reply with "REMOVE" in the subject line and the email id(s) to be removed.
