Please do let me know if you have any suitable profile *Position: Data Analyst* *Location: Weehawken, NJ* *Duration: Long Term* *Job Summary:* The GT Workforce Strategy Sr. Business Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting GTs Workforce data by performing various types of data analysis and constructing meaningful assessments and reports. This role will primarily be delivered by an expert in MS Excel, since there will be heavy reliance on building different versions of pivots, mapping multiple worksheets, building user friendly formulas and comparative analysis amongst several data sets. The Sr. Business Data Analyst in the team will work closely with the program and execution leads and establish close partnership with other functional stakeholders like Group Corporate Services (GCS), Finance and IT Streams. Overall, the person delivering this role is expected to have a good combination of being extremely detailed oriented and at the same time being smart enough to identify simpler ways to build and present outputs of complex data sets. *Essential Functions:* • Senior consultant/manager with strong analytical skills: advanced MS Excel, strong MS PowerPoint at a minimum; VBA, Tableau and SQL is a bonus • Experience working with headcount and financial data is desired. General knowledge of P&L and forecasting processes • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to communicate detailed solutions to peers and strategic solutions to senior members of GT • Should have 5+ years of experience in technology/financial services/management consulting and be able to connect operational processes with their business purpose and recognize ways to improve and optimize while doing so *Requirements:* • At least 5 years as a data analyst with experience in source-to-target mapping, data change management, data lineage analysis, data quality analysis, metadata management, data controls • Experience in large, complex Financial Services companies • Experience working in a complex data environment • Experience developing systems using a structured SDLC • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, customer service oriented • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills • Strong facilitation and excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "only.SAP" group.
