*Platform Engineer - Call Recording*

* (Wilmington)*


*Phone Interview - Will hire off of the phone*


*Location:  Wilmington DE*


*Duration:  1 year+*







Responsibilities:

·         Manage incidents and work orders within established service level
agreements

·         Troubleshoot call recording equipment locally and within the data
centers

·         Perform administration, configuration and monitoring of call
recording equipment and it’s adjuncts

·         Maintain documentation

·         Assist in the planning and implementation call recording
upgrades, patches and enhancements

·         Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning
in voice environment to minimize work disruption.

·         Track performance against service level agreements

·         Ensure asset management and inventory are kept up to date

·         Ensure preventative maintenance is completed as specified by
voice engineering

·         Partner with internal customers and communicate changes and
issues on the call recording platforms

·         Coordinate, test, and implement applications and technology
through projects and initiatives.

·         Identify applications and systems that require updates and
coordinate the implementation with the business owner.

·         Analyze issues and performance problems that impact the ability
to conduct business Break/Fix Support.

·         Troubleshooting connectivity issues of Windows servers to ensure
proper functionality and having operational support responsibilities for
the call recording systems.

Basic Qualifications:

·         Bachelor Degree in STEMP or Military Experience

·         At least 3 Years of  NICE Engineering Capacity Management

·         At least 3 years of experience designing, configuring,
supporting, installing and troubleshooting:

o   NICE 4.X

o   VoIP, SIP Trunking and TDM  Contact Center Call Recording

o   NICE and Avaya (DMCC and Passive Recording)

o   NICE and Cisco UCCE and CUCM (DMCC and Passive Recording)

o   NICE and Avaya/Aspect Dialers




Preferred Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.

·         NICE call recording 4.x certified.

·         1-3 years Cisco routing and switching troubleshooting.
·         1-3 years of application database experience with SQL queries and
reporting tools.
