*Technical/Functional Skills*

·         Must have experience in management Infrastructure Builds and
Deployments, Configurations and System Administration for COTS applications
like PLM, ERP and MES

·         Experience in Enovia Administration is preferred

·         Proficient in MS Visio, MS Project

·         Application system administration

·         Knowledge about database operations is a must

·         Knowledge of network operations is preferred

·         5-7 Yrs.

*Roles & Responsibilities*

·         Provide technical architecture (application, data, network,
hardware / system software) leadership in the hardware / software
selection, design, development, deployment, and production support of new
and existing applications

·         Responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term
business implications; this role contributes to the overall business
strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas of expertise

·         Serve as the technical expert on assigned area's applications,
including code, interface and data flows

·         Coordinate with project teams and business analysts to translate
detailed specifications into new or enhanced application solutions

·         Maintain relationships across IM areas (such as infrastructure
and operations) to support effective implementations

·         Provide leadership and guide third party vendors throughout the
systems development lifecycle, including code and test reviews, to ensure
quality and conformance to the defined IM system architecture, standards
and practices

*Generic Managerial Skills*

·         Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on
specific work streams of larger projects

·         Strong oral and written communication skills

·         Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting
skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

·         Eagerness to mentor junior team members

·         Proficient use of MS Visio, Power Point presentation tool, and MS
office tools.  Proven writing skills for mass communication. Ability to
document use cases, requirements and relevant technical documentation.

·         Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills

·         Knowledge of six sigma is added advantage



*Education*

·         Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college

·         Minimum of 5 years of strong IT experience and leadership

·         Fluent in English
