But we need very good profiles as interviews are rigorous. We are looking for candidates who have *implementation or migration experience*. Also Drupal 8 is a relatively new version of Drupal, so it will be good to have candidates who have strong experience with *Drupal 6/7* and at least some knowledge of Drupal 8.
