UTS has replaced STCS for Department of Buses, TCS (Prime), On track and Paradox for Rapid Transit Operations plus implemented various other populations across NYCT and MTA agencies. Today UTS Web Application is in use at NYCT - Department of Buses, Department of Subways (RTO) and Controllers Office, MTA BUS and Staten Island Railways (SIRTOA) with over 26,000 employees on the system.
