*Required expertise / knowledge:*
• Product knowledge *derivative products* (e.g. swaps,
equity linked derivatives)
• Knowledge on OTC/ ETD derivatives processing (trade
confirmation, settlement)
• Structured way of problem solving and solution
definition
• Understanding of tools required for process analysis/
definition (e.g. 'swim lanes')
*Main responsibilities:*
• Drive business analysis in the area of *871(m)*
product / instrument eligibility (main focus on *WMA infrastructure* and
processes):
• Establish impact assessment and *gap analysis* related
to current derivatives processing and required changes for *871(m) *product
identification and process for identification of product relevance
(e.g. *product
tax identification*, identification of affected GO processes and systems)
• Establish business requirements documentation (incl.
description of manual process steps, controls control framework/ PC, KPCis/
KPC) for 871(m) changes
• Establish business test cases and support business
testing
• Support and coordinate establishment of training
material ('working instructions) for BAU
