Design overall strategy, planning, evaluation, architecture
and implementation of the entire Identity and Access Management stack.
• The OAM developer is responsible for the design, application
configuration, customization, development testing and implementation of
Identity and Access Management functions across the enterprise
solution and all system lifecycles.
• Experience with User Provisioning, Onboarding,
Authentication, Enterprise Single-Sign On, Directory Services and
Federation.
• Ability to operationalize policies and processes within
supporting technologies to enable access management.
• Ensure all tasks and milestones associated with OAM/OIM
design, configuration and testing are completed according to project
management guidelines.
• Analyze and resolve OAM/OIM problems across the suite of
applications and all environments.
• Provide support to security and develop appropriate audit
controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of applications.
• Write and maintain documentation related to Access and
Identity Management design, implementation and practices.
• Interprets requirements, performs highly complex analyses and
presents options and recommendations to obtain desired results.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic
priorities.
• Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience
working in a team-oriented environment.
