*Business Analyst, US Regulatory Liquidity Reporting Experience* *New York* *6+ Months* *Max Rate: $50/hr on C2C* *NEED H1B CANDIDATES* *J.D:* • Reconciliation requirements and designs to demonstrate Books and Records alignment for product data in scope for 5G/LCR reporting (primarily from STAR) • Secured Finance and GL comparison and reconciliation requirements and designs • 5G and LCR dimensional and functional reporting requirements analysis and designs to support FED submission and analytic capabilities required by LMR teams • *QA end-to-end 5G and LCR reporting processes, including validation of supplier data and enrichments/calculations performed on this data *The primary responsibility is to understand the business requirements and align data requirements and solutions, and to produce functional specifications that will provide the basis for the technical designs that will be defined and built by technical analysts assigned to the project. *Responsibilities include:* • Define Functional Specifications per area of focus (see above), including for relevant data sourcing, enrichments, calculations, and reporting, and oversee development of corresponding technical designs by developers assigned to same functional area • Define Functional Test Scripts and execute functional verification and troubleshooting of technical issues during Systems Integration Testing phases and UAT • Support change control and migration of codeline/aop configuration for deployment of 5G/LCR reporting solutions to production environments and liaise with users for post-prod support of Day 1 deliverables • Provide technical support for the use of new functionality and tools deployed to production environment *WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:* • 5+ years’ experience as a business analyst in the financial industry, with demonstrated experience providing business analysis for Treasury or Regulatory Reporting processes and applications using Data warehousing technologies like (ETL tools, like Informatica) • Knowledge of Treasury processes, including for liquidity risk management/monitoring and familiarity with bank products; knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and practices will preferred • Understanding of all phases of an application development life cycle and development methodologies, and familiarity with IT platforms and software development methodologies • Strong analytical skills and project execution skills relevant to delivery of Treasury applications • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel • Ability to understand and challenge business processes, requirements and proposed solutions to help define strategic, robust, and scalable solutions in line with CFO/CIO strategies • Ability to proactively manage timelines, risks, and client to ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables • Ability to communicate with diverse audience at varying levels of detail as appropriate, including with Business SME’s and IT application developers across multiple regions • Ability to demonstrate self-initiative as well as take direction and escalate issues as appropriate • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills *Please send resumes to **[email protected] <[email protected]>; **Direct: 201 308 – 8704* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "only.SAP" group.
