*Location: Chevy Chase, MD*

*Work Location: 6 Months (extension possible)*

*Interview: Phone/ Skype *

*Years of Experience: 5-8+*

*Note: We need Photo visa copy (H1b)*



*Required Experience and Technical Skills*:

IVR development/ Test & validation and Automation
• CISCO Voice platform- UCC, CVP, ICM , CTI and Agent desktop. Application
development,
• QA - Automation experience in CYARA Replay and Agent Automation.
• Rich experience in CTI - softphone Automation.
• Test and validation,
• Automation skills, experience in tools - CYARA/ Hammer etc
• Automation approach for self-service IVR and agent end point using CYARA
automation suite- CYARA Replay and Virtual agent
o IVR Self-Service Automation with both Speech and DTMF inputs.
o 100+ manual test case automation across all the ~12 IVRs.
o Evaluating 1500+ agent skill groups, routing paths and Agent behaviors
for virtual agent automation.
o Validate ICM CTI attached data, KVPs such as policy number, policy type,
customer name.
• CYARA replay and Virtual agent test scripts development.
• Developing regression test campaigns using the automated scripts.
• Regression and load test execution.
• Reports generation using CYARA replay.
