Minimum 5-8 years of overall development experience – 5 years of Java, 5 years Oracle PL/SQL Must have PL/SQL development experience and strong understanding of tables and oracle packages and troubleshooting complex SQL statements. Experience in software development using Java, Oracle, XML and experience at developing client-server or multi-tier applications. Need to have a strong understanding of Linux environment. Must-have the ability to read and understand XML. Familiar with Oracle databases, including data models, logical and physical databases, data dictionaries and schemas, access methods, device allocations, validation checks, organization and security. Familiar with Oracle Enterprise Manager Experience interpreting and communication complex SQL statements Experience with tuning SQL and troubleshooting performance issues. The individual should be a self-starting worker, but willing to work in a collaborative environment to ensure the timely delivery of a quality client application. Must-have excellent communication ability, team skills and a strong work ethic, this role will communicate with IT management and business stakeholders Will participate in monthly on-call rotation Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience.
