*We have urgent requirement for the below position.* *If you have any excellent match for this position * *please send me resume and contact details* *Please reply at **[email protected]* <[email protected]>* for quick response* *Immediate Hire Opportunity* *Title: Wireless Engineer* *Location: Detroit, MI or Toledo, OH (candidate will be out of 1 of 2 locations)* *Start Date: Immediately * *Duration 4 Months * *Do not send 8 years h1b guys need senior profiles 10 +years of experience.* *For this position presidio is the end client there will be 2 rounds of interview with presidio need strong Wireless back ground engineer.* *Cisco Wireless Engineer* *Duties include: * - Performing client consultations: planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining wireless LAN/WAN hardware and software using the latest technology, including networks, routers, servers, and systems hardware. - Assisting in designing servers and networks: analyzing business needs and recommending solutions. - Identifying and troubleshooting hardware and software technical problems related to wireless. - Participating in various client projects intended to continually improve/upgrade wireless infrastructures. - Understanding client's infrastructures, their needs and providing expertise and consulting on Cisco solutions. - Providing internal assistance on the Cisco solutions, product plans and roadmaps. - Troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading, and providing solutions to complex hardware/software problems. - Assisting with day to day project management duties during client installations. - Providing systems administration training to clients. - Updating the Engineering Manager (EM) and Project Manager on scheduling and project status Proficient in understanding, developing and delivering scope of works, hour / cost estimates and client deliverables. - Developing and delivering professional proposals, including design documentation. - Sharing knowledge about products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services. *Qualifications include: * - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable. - Experience with wireless site survey, network design, and implementation. - Knowledge of Voice Grade Wireless, Location Based Wireless and Data Grade Wireless standards. - Familiarity with Ekahau, Air Magnet or other monitoring solutions. - Strong understanding of TCP/IP and ability to install and troubleshoot LANs and WANs. - Experience designing network solutions given client requirements and goals. - CNP, CCDP, or CCIE certification preferred. - Ability to manage and coordinate projects. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Self-motivation and a desire to succeed. - Ability to work safely and responsibly to avoid injury and property damage, while maintaining a clean work area. - Ability to provide management and account team oral and written reports on the client needs, problems, interests, market situations, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
