Length: 6 Months Please share your resume to kh...@dimcon.com Description Global Sales Operations - Reporting and Analytics Posting Description Business Analyst, Global Business Operations, supports and develops all aspects of global sales reporting needs including scoping, defining, designing, building, deploying and measuring key reports and dashboards across the global operations team. The Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing advanced reporting and analytical support for the global and regional sales business operation teams. Responsibilities • Analyzes, interprets and derives meaning from client, product, and sales data • Takes responsibility for benefits realization and reporting targets and KPIs • Communicates with and influences internal and external stakeholders on key reports and metrics • Trains, develops, coaches both internal and external audiences around reporting and metrics • Manage large amounts of data in multiple formats • Recommends processes and workflow for collecting and reporting necessary data for systems • Perform tasks related to technical support and maintenance of Salesforce.com reports • Testing and validating reports • Report development • Train end users on approved workflows and new processes • Work with IT business partners as well as other cross functional business partners to define and drive business data definitions Create and manage overall GBO report and dashboard inventory Requirements • Undergraduate degree required and/or minimum 5 years business experience, with majority in reporting and analytics • Experience writing business requirements and designing reports • Experience with Salesforce.com Reports, Dashboards, and Wave • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint • Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple marketing disciplines including advertising • Quality management experience (e.g., Six Sigma) desirable • Demonstrated competencies: o Strategic thinking, analytical skills and thought leadership o Proven ability to translate ideas into action, and prioritize o Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "only.SAP" group.
