The Windows Server 2012 R2 DirectAccess engagement described in this SOW provides a solution that allows the Customer to remotely access and manage Windows 7 Enterprise clients using the DirectAccess (DA) technology in combination with System Center Configuration Manager and other management tools. The DirectAccess pilot will be configured as a highly-available deployment in the production environment for a single United States site. · Assessment of the Customer production environment including domain, network, and security services that are impacted by or will be used in conjunction with DirectAccess. · Assessment of the current System Center Configuration Manager and 1E Nomad deployment for manage-out capabilities with DirectAccess. · Design of the DirectAccess reference architecture and deployment plan. · Recommendations for domain, network, and security configurations required to support the DirectAccess solution including but not limited to public key infrastructure (PKI), network location servers (NLS), Active Directory group policies, load balancers, and firewalls. · Creation of a test plan to validate the DirectAccess configuration and verify manage-out capabilities with System Center Configuration Manager. · Deployment and configuration of a 2-Node DirectAccess server cluster including Network Location Services, Server Group Policies, and Client Group Policies. · Deployment preparation for the DirectAccess Connectivity Assistant which should be installed to Windows 7 clients participating in the pilot (required for log collection, analysis, and troubleshooting). · Training on DirectAccess deployment and configuration for BMS staff. *Skills/Role*: Business Consultant V with Business Objects *Location: *Madison, WI *Duration: *12 months *Rate:** $35/hour (Not Negotiable)* *Job Specific Skills/Special Functions: * · Experience reading and executing SQL is required. · Ability to understand Business Objects universe design is preferred. · Experience creating and modifying Business Objects reports is preferred. · Healthcare/Medicaid experience is a plus. · Prior experience working with a data warehouse preferred. · Involved in small, medium and large sized projects of diverse complexity and scope. · Specialist that applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues. · They are responsible to delegate or create timelines for getting the work completed. Can oversee others and project plans related to projects. · Leads meetings and ensures right participants are in attendance. Performs meeting follow-up, ensures action items are completed and documented. · Project management skills, including work plan development, time management, and flexibility to work with multiple projects. · Ability to become an expert on the features and operations of applications software · Skill in complex analysis, problem-solving, and decision making.
