Thes e roles also require functional and methodological capabilit ies in testing and training. Required Skills and Experience: You have a leading role in projects with strong client expos ure. You are responsible for functional and technical guidan ce over the whole project or application lifecycle and you act as a client-facing lead developer. Yo u drive sales opportunities within your area of responsibili ty. You know future developments in seve ral applications and/or technologies and you are seen as sub ject matter expert within your unit and beyond. • OCM experienced; knowledgable of Capgemini methodology • Experienced in listening to the client and interactions with client and team to guide the OCM change perspective through out the enterprise • Client is migrating their legacy financial systems to SAP an d their entire global footprint is changing.
