Orchestrate Integration projects and corresponding strategies between business units and various application teams. 2. Plan, execute and manage integration of diversified applications throughout enterprise. 3. Ensure that integration projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end user requirements and identify and resolve system issues. 4. Develop standards and process to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives. *Generic Managerial Skills* 1. Very good understanding and working experience in different phases of software development life cycle 2. Capable in Setting priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track data/activities 3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 4.
