*Mandatory Skills* Mechanical Project lead with technical responsibility for execution, coordination and direction of the Translator project outlined in terms of specific objectives and milestones. Works primarily in Mechanical engineering in product development, design, sustaining, or R&D. *Essential qualifications/requirements * Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years’ experience in mechanical engineering, concept evaluation and design finalization Experience with 2D and 3D design tools – specifically SolidWorks or similar product. Demonstrated experience working in Teamcenter or similar product Demonstrated experience designing and qualifying mechanical devices. Demonstrates practical approach to problem solving and understanding limitations Experience in stress calculations through formulas Experience in GD&T, Tolerance and stack-up analysis Experience in designing test fixtures Project Management skills and experience in coordinating and managing a team. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with the BH project team and offshore team. Customer interactions including requirements, scope, delivery, training and support. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Executing projects in Sprint models and understanding of Project Gate process Facilitates the distribution of resources within the project Coordinates scope and delivery expectations with customer. Reports project status to stakeholders. Evaluates and mitigates project risk *Preferred qualifications/requirements * Design and development experience of MWD/ LWD tools Electro/mechanical design experience desired. Experience with hydraulics and testing with high pressure fluids. Advanced analysis capabilities (FEA, CFD, and Thermal Analysis) desired.
