· Experience engineering and supporting various ESM Tools,
Including BMC Event Manager, BMC ProactiveNet Performance Manager (BPPM),
BMC Portal, BMC Remedy.
· Experience engineering and supporting ServiceNow ITSM and Evanios
Event Management.
· Experience engineering and supporting HP NNMi, HP Business
Service Management Suite (Process Monitor, Real User Monitor, Diagnostics).
· Extensive knowledgeable in Perl, Powershell and Javascript.
· Experience with version control systems specifically git.
· Knowledge of configuration management and automation using Puppet.
· Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services.
