Title:                Ultimate software HCM functional consultants

Contract.         Probably 12 months+

 Location:        Seattle, WA



We are looking for 2 *Ultimate software HCM functional consultants* for 1
year contract in Seattle.

Ideally anyone with SaaS HCM implementation and functional HCM experience
might work if we cannot find Ultipro resources.

*Must have/ Nice to have*

1.      The Functional Analyst should have good knowledge of US Payroll and
Benefits Administration and should have minimum 5 years’ experience in
implementing and supporting these 2 modules.



Must have

2.      The Functional Analyst should have a strong understanding of all HR
modules and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the following HR modules –
Personnel Administration and Organizational Management, Time Management,
Talent Management, Employee Self Service/ Manager Self Service,
Compensation and HR Reports & Analytics.



Nice to have

3.      The Functional Analyst should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience
working on SaaS HR implementations (preferably Workday or Ultipro).



Nice to have

4.      The Functional Analyst should have strong documentation and
business process mapping skills using tools such as MS Visio and a minimum
of 3 years’ experience in this.



Must have

5.      The Functional Analyst should have minimum 5 years’ experience in
requirements gathering; preparing business process documents, solution
design documents and functional specifications documents; coordinating with
development teams to implement interfaces; identifying test scenarios and
preparing high level test documents; participating in data migration,
cut-over and go-live activities.



Must have

6.      The Functional Analyst should have excellent communication and
leadership skills and should be able to drive requirements gathering and
user-acceptance/ end-user testing with business teams/ focus groups.
