· 5+ years Java programming experience
· 3+ years MS SQL development experience *on MS SQL Server* including:
o Writing and analyzing complex SQL Queries
o Creating multiple types of joins
o Experience must be working hands on with MS SQL Server *not* just
through Hibernate or similar tools
· Experience designing, programming, and unit testing complex n-Tier
applications
· Experience writing clear and thorough technical documentation
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability
to express complex technical concepts in business terms
· Experience accurately identifying the scope of work and preparing
thorough, accurate, and detailed schedule estimates
*NICE TO HAVE:*
· Bachelors degree or higher in IT, Business, Math, Engineering, or
related field

· MVC Pattern
