*Job Description*

·        Experience performing day-to-day Remedy configuration and security
changes

·        Experience with administering Remedy (on-premise) as well as cloud
hosted offering (Remedy OnDemand)

·       Configure MyIT Self-Service application

·       Configuration and administration of optional services such as
Analytics, Digital workplace, Virtual Chat and Client Management

·        Deploy, Test and promote changes through Dev/Sandbox/QA/Production
environments

·        Liaise with vendor (BMC) to resolve complex support issues

·       Experience using other BMC tools such as Truesight

·       Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English)

·       Technical IT Operations background

·        Strong experience with automation scripting
