PSARC 2010/222 Relaxed Type Requirements for SMF Profiles
6931819 SMF should default property types when existing properties are being
modified.
6886356 svccfg(1M) should be defended against bad profiles
6957514 import of a manifest that modifies the dependent service does not
refresh the old service
