Yes and although I heard that rumor awhile ago, we do not have that knowledge IC.
Vivian being the family villain is kinda fun (although Jess probably sees it differently). I was tempted to blame the Detroit situation on her just because Mel is paranoid and if something goes wrong it must be Vivian. So please make sure to act appropriate to your character in regards to this information. And also please don't go seeking out this information ICly unless it is something your character actually would do. I know some PCs have (had) connections with her and corresponded on a semi regular basis. As many of you know, I hate death posts because it ruins the RP of finding out about a character's death. This falls under that same category.
