That sounds pretty easy to work in. Our primary requirements for people to be part of the bloodline is your mortal blood. Take a look at the wiki (www.san-giovanni.org) and specifically the Family Tree. Finding a mortal lineage is key.
Beyond that, if your Sire is an NPC, we can probably easily work you into the lineage fairly easily. With your timeline, I can't imagine any real problems. By that point, there's a lot of room to work with. And we have plenty of Sangiovanni mortal family members who didn't end up Sangiovanni bloodline - even a Daeva! :) I'm even a Mekhet, activated, with not a single dot in Cattiveria.
