Hey Guys, I don't remember if this was ever discussed but I am sitting down to work on several zombie templates to help out my vst and so that I can have them to represent my retainers and find myself at an stand still.
The rules for Shuffling Porters and the Improved Shuffling Porters made with Cattiveria are very simple in the write up, but make crappy zombie retainers either way. The Addendum says that we use the same rules for retainers to create our zombies. So other than Cost, how is that being interpreted? Do we build a normal human, lets say a police officer, give him all the starting attributes, skills, merits, etc. that make since. Then kill him, convert him to a shuffling porter, dropping his attributes, etc. down, then using "The Predator's Bequest" on him making him better, giving him the bumps, but still having a crappy retainer. Or does the Addendum change make it more along the lines of he keeps most of what he had in life as long as it makes since, and maybe he is a little dumber and slower, but stronger and tougher. I tend to think that if I am spending xp to purchase retainers, and then can reanimate my dead retianers, they should be pretty well the same, save for the whole zombie thing and maybe a taste for brains. My VST also asked if it would be appropriate to add some of the zombie template stuff from the antagonists book? Thanks in advance... -- Mike Mershon US2002021405 "The avalanche has already started.
