- currently Resource Manager server must be rebooted for list of usable nodes
to be modified . . . this requires all queued jobs to complete before any
changes can be made. This should be a run-time ability so to allow queued jobs
to be dynamically redirected, thus allows nodes to be freed up for other uses
or unused nodes to be utilized immediately by Resource Manager when available.
