Per some stuff I was reading, e.g.,
http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/ClerezzaProposal, and I noticed that Jersey is
incompat with ASL licensing since it uses CDDL, so we need to replace it with
something compat. I found cxf.apache.org, which looks like it provides JAX-RS
as well, so here we go!
