FYI, commons-vfs implements most of the protocols that we need to throw out
non-ASL versions of (e.g., SFTP, SSH, and FTP). So, I threw out the existing
implementations of those (in r981161) and am working on reimplementing the
protocols in commons-vfs parlance. See here:
http://commons.apache.org/vfs/api.html for more info. Hopefully I can wrap this
up tomorrow, then we just need to close out OODT-3, and then OODT-15 (which in
doing this, we'll be one module closer, pushpull).
