Couple of notes:
The dependency on jacorb appears to be more specifically a dependency on the
idlj-maven-plugin, which, according to:
http://mojo.codehaus.org/idlj-maven-plugin/license.html
Is ASLv2 licensed. So, I think we are OK there.
I looked into this issue a bit more. Apache Geronimo uses this same plugin
configuration (or at least did a long time ago), see:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-1458
Looks like having jacorb as a downstream runtime dependency for an M2 plugin is
OK.
